建议设置

CFG：1-2（2 有时能提供更好/更清晰的细节，但会增加生成时间）
步数：9（8-10 比较好）
Sampler：DPM++ SDE（速度慢但真实感最佳）
Schedule Type：Bong Tangent（变化相当不错，Beta 版本也很好用）
Time Shift：6（3-6，其中 3 有时能产生相当不错的合成效果）
